At the heart of the system is the 3Dx™ 7t Slim Edge Lift Anchor (7SL3DX), forged with a patented I-beam profile that eliminates the need for shear bars or additional reinforcement. This innovation simplifies panel preparation and shortens production cycles, especially in early and low-strength concrete pours, while still achieving full load capacity.
Paired with the 3Dx™ Clutch (3DX7NLC) and Void Former (7ELARRF), the system is backwards compatible with existing Reid™ 7t hardware, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into existing precast workflows. The clutch is precision-engineered for safe, easy handling under load, while the reusable void former ensures accurate anchor placement and reliable stripping.
The anchor is hot-dip galvanised to AS/NZS 4680 and protected by the exclusive AnchorShield™ epoxy coating, which resists galvanic reaction and offers a distinct orange finish for quick visual QA checks.
