ReidBar™ Steel Threaded Inserts

ReidBar™ Threaded Inserts are engineered headed anchors designed to provide full‑strength anchorage for ReidBar™ reinforcing in thin concrete elements where conventional embedment or hooked bars are not feasible. Independently tested to deliver bar‑break performance, these inserts offer a reliable structural connection that maximises the capacity of the ReidBar™ system. Their compact geometry ensures efficient use in precast panels, wall elements, beams, and slab‑to‑slab connections, particularly where limited cover or high reinforcement congestion would otherwise restrict detailing.
By eliminating the need for bent or cogged bars, ReidBar™ Threaded Inserts improve constructability, reduce steel congestion as well as labour demands, and minimise on‑site safety risks associated with manual bar bending.
They provide a versatile, cost‑effective connection method for achieving structural anchorage in both in‑situ and precast construction.
